Fitness! To help with Fitness awareness, Kent Jennings and Terence Vrugtman (Discovery ATS's) is now running a Fitness Training Club. The Club was started to help our scouts attain their Athletics and Physical Fitness badges. We are now opening the fitness club to anyone who wishes to join. We meet on a Friday afternoon just before scouts at 17h30. Feel free to come and join. Bring comfortable running shoes and a bottle of water! Communication To help with communication, a subscription service has been created that anyone can join. This service sends out the latest news and events via E-mail and SMS. If you are not receiving the E-mails and sms's then please fill out the below forms and you will be added to the data base.
